Sejak akhir bulan Juli lalu, tim Goodrides sudah sering mendengar tentang sebuah meet up event yang akan digelar pada tanggal 9 Agustus 2014. Event bertajuk Cars ‘N’ Burgers yang diselenggarakan oleh Jakmodfest ini memilih lokasi meet up di lahan parkir Ecopark, Ancol. Mengingat Cars ‘N’ Burgers merupakan sebuah event yang banyak melibatkan para car enthusiasts, maka tim Goodrides pun memutuskan untuk hadir sekaligus membuka booth di acara tersebut.

Setelah berkoordinasi dengan pihak penyelenggara, mereka bilang bahwa jadwal loading untuk mempersiapkan booth dilakukan pada pukul 09:00 hingga 11:00. Karena itu, pada hari H, gue beserta segenap tim Goodrides janjian untuk ketemu di kantor Goodrides yang berlokasi di Jl. Limau No.4 pada pukul 07:00 untuk kemudian berangkat bareng-bareng ke lokasi. Dean, Dito, Jodi, Riffie, Steven dan Yahya (pastinya) sudah terlihat hadir lebih dulu dibanding gue.

Sekitar pukul 07:30, gue pun datang bersama Wina.

Pada kesempatan kali ini, kita juga kembali kedatangan one of our very goodfriend, Mr. Muda Mulyana.

Setelah semua berkumpul, kita pun sudah siap berangkat. But first, let us put our “Flyby & Sh*t” stickers on.

Setelah semua siap, kita pun berangkat menuju venue. FYI, pajak gue nggak mati, tapi plat nomor baru emang belum gue pasang, soalnya ukurannya lebih panjang, jadi nggak cukup. LOL!

Ditengah-tengah perjalanan, kita pun sempat bertemu dengan serombongan stanced car enthusiasts asal Jogjakarta, seperti yang gue ceritakan di intro artikel Peugeot 206 milik Tian.

Soon enough, akhirnya kita sampai di pintu gerbang Ancol. Setelah masuk, kita pun menyempatkan diri untuk berhenti sejenak.

Yahya yang hari itu bawa Civic SH3 berstatus race car miliknya pun sepertinya merasa pegal akibat perjalanan ini. LOL!

Setelah itu, kita melanjutkan perjalanan menuju Ecopark.

Sesampainya di lokasi, kita pun segera mempersiapkan booth milik Goodrides.

But first, let us take a selfie!

Sedangkan Dean dan Yahya yang mobilnya didaulat menjadi show car untuk booth milik Chemical Guys Indonesia langsung memajang mobilnya di sana.

Nggak lama, AE86 milik Dean segera menarik perhatian orang dan Dean terlihat mulai melayani pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang dilontarkan pengunjung seputar mobilnya. Semangat Yan! LOL!

Sedangkan Mr. Luthfi, the man behind Chemical Guys Indonesia, juga mulai melayani pengunjung yang ingin tahu lebih jauh tentang produknya.

Selain itu, Luthfi juga sempat meminta para not-so-hot girls dari Cars ‘N” Burgers untuk berfoto di booth milik Chemical Guys Indonesia.

I bet you can see why I called them the not-so-hot girls. LMFAO!

Tepat di sebelah booth kita, ada booth milik The Goodvapes yang nggak lain adalah milik Eka.

Vapers. Vapers everywhere!

Bergerak ke deretan booth lainnya, gue juga melihat booth milik Drive.

And now, since this is a car meet, let’s take a closer look at the cars that came to the show.

Chevrolet C10 milik Yandinov Taqwa ini merupakan salah satu mobil yang paling menarik perhatian Goodrides berkat berbagai proses sophisticated customization yang dieksekusi secara sempurna.

Not to mention the clean looking V8 engine, combined with the super tucked wheels. Uber awesome!

As a Toyota guy, I found myself jaw dropped when I saw this rare Toyota Celica ST205. Hats off, brother!

As always, Kelvin brought his Toyota Rush. By far, this is the best looking Rush I’ve ever seen. Thanks to those Enkei RPF1 with those exposed big brake kit!

Another member from Enkei Enthusiast squad. Erwin “Jangkrik” brought his boosted Toyota Corolla Seca. Sittin’ so damn pretty on a set of super famous Enkei ES-Tarmac.

Rendy Fattah also brought his slammed Honda Civic FD1, this time fitted with a set of Enkei ES-Tarmac. Somehow, I found it better when it still sits on the RPF1. Just my 2 cents! 😀

Sementara itu, sesuai dengan rundown acara, para penyelenggara pun mulai mengumumkan kepada para partisipan bahwa mereka akan melakukan cloud contest. Sebuah kontes untuk para vapers yang dapat menghembuskan asap terbanyak menggunakan vaporizer andalannya. Eka sebagai perwakilan dari The Goodvapes pun didaulat menjadi juri pada cloud contest ini.

Meanwhile, everyone is having goodtimes.

Dito sendiri tiba-tiba jadi the happiest person on earth saat mendapat “titipan” dari Luthfi. ROTFL!

Booth Goodrides juga mulai disambangi para pengunjung untuk berbelanja merchandise.

Sementara, seperti biasa, perut Yahya harus terus diisi secara konstan. LMAO!

Sedangkan Luthfi sedang menikmati waktu bersantai.

Kita pun sempat ketemu dengan tim dari Speed Architech dan menyempatkan diri untuk foto bareng.

Pihak penyelenggara pun melanjutkan acara dengan games bertajuk Double Trouble, yang merupakan gabungan dari Car Limbo dan Beat The Bump. Everyone was going all out.

This person is doing burn out, just to showin’ off. 😀

And this sweet guy, named Adit, who is one of the Jakmodfest’s crew, looks pretty exhausted. LOL!

Saat gue lewat di depan booth Chemical Guys, gue pun kaget melihat Dean dan Yahya sibuk mengutak-atik engine hood.

Saat gue tanya, ternyata mereka berniat melepas engine hood mobil mereka masing-masing, and this means they can show their super sleek engine bay.

Tanpa terasa, hari pun beranjak gelap saat matahari mulai terbenam.

Kita pun kembali ketemu two of our goodfriends.

They are Donny and Etha. Hello there, buddy!

Donny pun menyempatkan diri untuk belanja produk Chemical Guys di booth Chemical Guys Indonesia.

Steven a.k.a Epen pun sepertinya mulai mati gaya dan minta difoto dengan pose yang aneh-aneh. LOL!

Kalau Ricky sih, emang aneh! ROTFL!

Sementara Wina juga sepertinya terlihat lelah setelah melakukan pembukuan dari hasil penjualan merchandise milik Goodrides.

Saat sedang bersantai di booth, tiba-tiba Tian datang membawa permanent marker dan minta tim Goodrides untuk menandatangani t-shirt Goodrides yang baru dibelinya. And so we did.

Sesi ini kemudian ditutup dengan berfoto bersama yang sekaligus menandakan berakhirnya goodtimes kali ini di Cars ‘N’ Burgers yang diselenggarakan oleh Jakmodfest.
